1. Services Provided
Jazouli Digital provides AI-driven marketing, SEO, and automation services. The specific scope of work for any project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or selected via our website plans.
2. Client Responsibilities
To achieve optimal results, clients must provide necessary access to websites, ad accounts, and internal data as requested. Delay in providing this information may result in a delay in service delivery.
3. AI and Automation Disclosure
Clients acknowledge that Jazouli Digital utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence and autonomous agents. While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI-generated outputs are monitored by human editors but may occasionally require manual adjustments.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom-developed content and strategies created for the client become the property of the client. Jazouli Digital retains the right to use anonymized data and general methodologies for internal improvements and case studies.
5. Limitation of Liability
Jazouli Digital is not liable for any third-party platform changes (e.g., Google algorithm updates or Meta ad policy changes) that may affect campaign performance. We provide professional advice and execution but do not guarantee specific financial returns.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Service Fees
Due to the digital nature of our work and the immediate allocation of resources (AI processing power, software licenses, and expert labor), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced or after a monthly subscription has been processed.
2. Subscription Cancellations
Clients may cancel their monthly recurring plans at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to the renewal date. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current paid period.
3. Project Postponement
If a project is put on hold by the client for more than 30 days, any deposits made will be forfeited unless a prior written agreement is in place.
